As a Process Engineer, you will be part of a team delivering a robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process within Wafer production. You will work closely within the team to drive leading-edge development, control and improvements to resolve issues or specific request from customers. Continuous improvement projects, equipment and productions support are integral components of this position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and executing experiments, interpreting and extracting results from complex data sets to optimise the manufacturing process
- Support production during prototype production and ramp-up phase
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions
- Responsible for the introduction of new equipment and processes into production
- 2nd Level support for the wet or dry etch
- Reporting of production data to management, quality, or R&D
Your Skills and Experience:
- Master Degree in Micro, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of semiconductor or MEMS production
- Background knowledge of wet or dry etch or transferable processes would be highly desirable
- Used to work independently and precisely
- Comfortable to deal with multiple tasks in parallel and priority changes
- English fluent spoken and written, German is a plus
