Business Carrier Manager - EMEA

My client is a leading global IoT solutions provider and their team is expanding in EMEA due to unprecedented demand and forecasted growth.
Their aim is to build a smarter world through increased connectivity and we are in need of a passionate and ambitious Carrier Manager to support their customers across EMEA.
In this role, you will:
  • Support the Head of Commercial in the creation and execution of the partnership strategy and carrier targets.
  • Support sales and commercial teams in the creation of innovative and winning customer proposals.
  • Identify, establish and develop relationships with both existing and connectivity partners, including carriers and integrators.
  • Develop and grow relationships with carriers via periodic meetings, QBRs and other planned activities.
  • Work with the technical architect and R&D teams to assist with implementation and continuous product improvement.
  • Update collateral, tools and clearly detail partnership proposition both internally and externally.
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
Key requirements:
  • Proven customer/partner relationship skills - 3 years experience minimum.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with sales, legal and commercial teams in winning profitable, long term business.
  • An entrepreneurial growth mindset.
  • A mature stakeholder manager, equally comfortable in an internal or external environment.
  • Charismatic and natural presenter.
  • IoT or high-tech background experience is necessary with ability to speak to technical and sales audiences.
  • Willingness to travel - 30%.
  • Located in EMEA. DACH region or UK advantageous.
