This growing, family-owned Munich based business are hiring for an Order Processing Administrator who will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the overall order management process. - Process incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established procedures.
- Verify order information, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery addresses.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, warehouse, and logistics, to ensure smooth order flow and resolve any order-related issues.
- Maintain and update the order management system and databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor order status, track shipments, and provide regular updates to customers on the progress of their orders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any invoicing or payment discrepancies.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, resolve issues, and optimize order processing efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.
- Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with SAP Business or similar.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the life sciences industry or laboratory equipment is a plus.
