The Snr Sales Manager Europe will lead the European sales function to maximise revenue and profitability for capital equipment and consumables.
Selection of Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute a robust brand strategy, maintaining consistency throughout.
- Collaborate closely international HQ and global teams to surpass sales targets and establish enduring new business ventures.
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly buy & sell figures.
- Oversee onsite/virtual inspection, valuation, negotiation, purchasing, and logistics processes.
- Cultivate relationships with customers' teams, gaining insights into their technology needs and application requirements, collaboratively defining optimal silicon/platform solutions.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
- Have the ambition to lead and influence others, and build a high-performing team around them.
- Capability to analyse the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.
- Strong existing networks with semiconductor equipment and consumables suppliers and clients in Europe - with a key focus on Dresden area.
- Culturally astute with a willingness to travel to customer sites in Europe, USA and Asia. Approx 30%.
