Delve is an international search business who specialise in the engineering, life science & microelectronics industries. We have developed our business to work with customers throughout the world, offering tailored recruitment solutions to start up organisations through to global corporations.
During 2022, we had strong growth and doubled our revenue from the previous year. During this period, we were able to open our second office in Germany and have ambitious plans to build our team in Munich later this year. As part of our UK expansion project, we are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Managing Consultant to drive growth in our Life Science business unit.
Over the last 5 years Delve’s Life Science business unit has been constructed to work with diagnostic, equipment, instrument and consumable suppliers gaining a strong reputation with our customers of being a reliable and high-quality partner for their hard to fill hires. Our aim is to help all our customers unlock hidden talent. To provide a competitive edge when it comes to brand representation and to allow them to stand out from the crowd.  
As we are a small, agile business, we want to hire someone who has an agile mindset. This is someone who is goal driven, entrepreneurial and focused on quality results for customers.
The role will be to work in a team of 5 people in a “360” recruitment role. Delve have invested heavily in technology meaning that you will have AI tools to help you identify, contact and develop global relationships with customers as well as identify and headhunt specialist candidates. Day to day you will be expected to identify and win new customers with the goal of working on retained work – maximising your relationships and ability to deliver. Alongside this, you will be expected to build strong candidate relationships, this will involve working with them to understand their motivations & aspirations and importantly what they see as the next step in their career. It is these networks/relationships that will allow you to deliver on assignments quickly.
The role will support customers throughout Europe, meaning that you will be expected to work with and travel to customers in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Belgium.
We are asking for a lot of commitment and effort to really move our business to the next level. We are therefore happy to offer a salary up to £50,000, personal commission scheme, management bonus (assuming team performance), 26 days holiday, death in service and a clearly defined route through to a Directorship.
