Rob founded Delve as he is passionate about improving the perception of the recruitment industry.

His role is to lead the growth of the business ensuring it is in keeping with our values and long-term operational plan.

Day to day Rob is responsible for a client base in various niche engineering sectors with particular expertise in hiring management and senior management professionals for engineering and technical businesses.

Gareth is responsible for the development of key customer relationships in Europe and the USA. He has a niche focus within the life science and biotechnology industries. Gareth has worked with some of the world’s best known organisations, through to start up companies looking to secure top talent.

Gareth’s expertise in the market allows him to complete searches for executive, commercial and technical talent allowing his clients to secure the best people.

David leads Delve’s recruitment divisions across Europe and APAC, bringing over 20 years of experience in technical recruitment within the high-tech equipment and global semiconductor industries.

He has built a strong international network and trusted reputation, partnering with organisations from start-ups to global blue-chip companies to deliver talent solutions ranging from technical specialists to board-level appointments.

Nathan leads client partnerships across the semiconductor and electronics industries, heading up Delve’s Client Relations team and Munich office.

He supports fast-growing SMEs and regional subsidiaries of global organisations with strategic hiring and growth initiatives across EMEA and APAC, building trusted long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions aligned with each client’s goals, culture, and vision.

Emma is responsible for a variety of tasks that aid business operations including finance, HR, marketing, facilities and administration.

She is also responsible for our marketing function including the management of our marketing campaigns, establishing brand awareness and improving customer relations.

Andrew spearhead’s Delve’s US business, working with a range of organisations across specialised equipment, instrument, machine build, materials and electronics organisations. He has over a decade of experience in recruitment, working with a variety of Blue-Chip and SME clients to help them solve their hiring challenges.

Jake is a Senior Search Consultant specialising in Service and Aftermarket hiring across the semiconductor, electronics, and high-tech equipment markets within the DACH region.

He partners with both global organisations and growing businesses, helping them secure high-performing service and engineering talent that supports operational performance, customer success, and long-term growth.

Becky has nearly a decade of experience working in generalist Executive Search, with a particular focus on engineering and manufacturing. She has built strong partnerships with a range of SME and Blue-Chip organisations, working across global territories to support business leaders with the full recruitment process for roles ranging from junior and mid-management through to C-Suite.

Over the last 10+ years, Jamie has built strong partnerships with organisations across the biotechnology, semiconductor, and advanced electronics industries on a global scale. He has supported both well established market leaders and innovative start-up businesses, helping them scale their organisations, expand into new geographic regions, and secure high performing technical and commercial talent.

Louise supports key clients in the advanced engineering sector. She has a strong background in customer service and applies this to every aspect of recruitment. She has over 10 years’ experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing businesses to support the full hiring process.

Dave is a Search Consultant in our European recruitment team. Utilising his many years of recruitment experience and German language skills he is working to help develop our presence within the semiconductor, electronics and high-tech equipment markets within the DACH region.

Franziska is a Search Consultant and identifies, sources and engages with potential candidates for open positions. Franziska also undertakes candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each position.

Michelle is an experienced researcher – she strengthens our global search teams abilities to identify and network with key people within our target sectors.

She plays a key role for us continuing to deliver on searches in the semiconductor, advanced engineering and life science sectors.
