Managing Director
Rob founded Delve as he is passionate about improving the perception of the recruitment industry.
His role is to lead the growth of the business ensuring it is in keeping with our values and long-term operational plan.
Day to day Rob is responsible for a client base in various niche engineering sectors with particular expertise in hiring management and senior management professionals for engineering and technical businesses.

Gareth is responsible for the development of key customer relationships in Europe and the USA. He has a niche focus within the life science and biotechnology industries. Gareth has worked with some of the world’s best known organisations, through to start up companies looking to secure top talent.
Gareth’s expertise in the market allows him to complete searches for executive, commercial and technical talent allowing his clients to secure the best people.
Business Unit Manager - Semiconductor
David leads up the semiconductor team at Delve and primarily focusses on the markets throughout Europe. He has a strong background in technical recruitment and has worked across the semiconductor and associated high technology industries for over 15 years. During this time, he has partnered with companies from start-ups to major blue chips and working on roles up to board level.
Managing consultant
Nathan helps international businesses in semiconductor and electronics industries build high-performing teams in Europe and the USA. He specialises in attracting candidates for fast-growing SMEs and/or smaller subsidiaries of global companies. Nathan believes the key to success is building water-tight relationships with his clients and finding candidates with the right motivations, aspirations and cultural-fit.
Office and Marketing Manager
Emma is responsible for a variety of tasks that aid business operations including finance, facilities, HR and administration.
She is also responsible for our marketing function including the management of our marketing campaigns, establishing brand awareness and improving customer relations.
Principal Search Consultant
Andrew has over a decade of experience working in generalist Executive Search. He has worked with a variety of Blue-Chip and SME clients in different industries and across a variety of global territories, recruiting for roles ranging from Mid-Management to C-Suite.
Senior Search Consultant
Over the last 10 years, Jamie has built strong partnerships with organisations in the biotechnology industry across the world. He has supported some established and well-known names as well as start-up businesses who are looking to scale their organisations in new geographic regions.
Client Manager
Louise supports key clients in the advanced engineering sector. She has a strong background in customer service and applies this to every aspect of recruitment. She has over 8 years’ experience working closely with engineering and manufacturing businesses to support the full hiring process.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Franziska is a Search Consultant and identifies, sources and engages with potential candidates for open positions. Franziska also undertakes candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each position.
Researcher
Michelle is an experienced researcher – she strengthens our global search teams abilities to identify and network with key people within our target sectors.
She plays a key role for us continuing to deliver on searches in the semiconductor, advanced engineering and life science sectors.
