The Position
The ideal candidate for this position will be ambitious and have the drive and motivation to build relationships and support customers. Due to their continued expansion and ambitious growth targets, the business is looking to develop its commercial teams by hiring additional inside sales specialists. People can use their research expertise and experience to consult and advise on sequencing services and instrumentation for research applications across France.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will work daily with the sales team as well as within offering our single-cell workflow. You will support the sales team on lead generation activities and make initial cold calls to customers in specified customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation and development
- Preparation and tracking of quotes
- Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns
- Conducting price negotiations
- Working closely with the technical sales specialist on specified sales activities
- Customer database maintenance
- Open territory coverage when needed
- MS or equivalent preferred in Cellular Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genetics
- Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus
- Experience using Sales Force
- Experience using MS office tools
