Director Micro LED Program

As Director of the MicroLED Programme, you will be pulling the strings and leading an interdisciplinary team within a matrix organisation. You will have direct exposure to the Executive Board and be communicating at a high, strategic level. By working with other programme directors and product management, you will identify synergies and skilfully apply them in order to enhance the company's market position.  

In detail:  
Your mission:  

• You will be responsible for the entire microLED programme  
• A key component of your mission is the checking of technical requirements with respect to market requirements, evaluating the feasibility and subsequently deriving appropriate projects to fulfil these technical requirements.  
• You will lead your team in the research and development of microLED technologies  
• You will gather feedback from external industry partners and universities and use this to improve your own judgement.  
• You will coordinate your interdisciplinary project teams effectively by prioritising the respective projects and communicating this to them  
• In your function as a role model, you will consistently advance the development of your colleagues, thus delegating responsibility to them. 

Your profile:

• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.  
• You think analytically and in a structured way and can solve problems effectively and quickly.  
• You have a good knowledge of semiconductor process technologies.  
• You can communicate effectively with our customers and their customers; you also understand their applications and needs.  
• You have experience in the field of semiconductor devices along with the methods used to manufacture and characterise them  
• You have successfully completed a university degree in a technical field. 
• You have already successfully delivered multi-year projects and managed your first programmes.  
• You are business fluent in English
