Sales Account Manager

As Sales Account Manager you are the central contact person for all products in Europe. 
You will look after customers from various segments, ranging from public institutions and highly innovative start-ups to our key accounts. In addition, you maintain existing customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.  
By keeping a close eye on the market and the competition, you will make a decisive contribution to further increasing market share. In close cooperation with your colleagues, you will prepare the weekly forecast and thus monitor product margins and sales targets. 
You will establish contact with decision-makers by travelling extensively to the sales territories to visit customers, and attend trade fairs and conferences.  
The role 
  • To sell systems in all market segments and create the ideal sales strategies for this purpose. 
  • You identify the current and future needs of the customers in roadmap issues, negotiate prices, payment terms, conditions in contracts etc. 
  • You contribute to budget and forecast creation and coordinate and develop the sales representatives. 
  • You are also responsible for the internal, cross-departmental coordination and cooperation with sales support and service functions, e.g. technical and administrative departments. 
Your profile 
  • You have a university degree in natural sciences or engineering, preferably in the field of semiconductor technology. 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience and knowledge of sales activities, preferably in the field of semiconductor technology; experience in the sale of capital goods is of crucial importance here 
  • You have extensive experience in the European market and its cultures 
  • You are business fluent in German and English, further language skills would be desirable 
  • You have an increased willingness to travel as well as a high level of team and customer orientation, and also have excellent communication skills 
  • You are friendly, convincing and assertive
