Director After Sales and Logistics
Director After Sales and LogisticsTasks:
- Responsibility for the after-sales business at AIXTRON globally (spares and upgrades)
- Further development of the logistics network of our spare parts supply
- Pricing for Spares
- Ensuring the availability of spare parts, globally in close cooperation with our regional logistics managers
- Advancing the upgrade business
- Report to VP Customer Service & After Sales
- Part of the global Service & After Sales Management Team
Background:
- You have completed a degree in business administration, engineering or a natural science, or have obtained a comparable degree
- You have several years of professional experience in cross-functional project management, planning or similar functions, ideally with management experience.
- Ideally, you have experience in the service or aftermarket of the semiconductor industry or other industrial B2B segments
- You combine a strong strategic-commercial understanding as well as a high affinity for technology/innovation with customer orientation
- Experience in spare parts logistics
- You are analytically sharp and maintain an overview and concentration on the essentials even in highly complex situations, show a high degree of care and also work thoroughly in detail
- You are a good communicator and motivator, but you are also not afraid to speak plainly and demand agreements
- You have experience and affinity for complex data processing, analysis and modeling
- You are flexible and open to a dynamic working environment.
- You speak at least business fluent German, very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile.
