Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Switzerland (On-Site, Hybrid, or Remote with monthly office visits).
Reporting to: Senior Director of Sales, EU Region.
Travel: This role requires 30-40% travel across Asia/EU.

About the Role: In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our sales team, our customer, and our factory, providing technical support and guiding projects to successful completion.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary interface between the customer, the factory and the sales team, gathering requirements and planning a technical roadmap.
- Manage both preliminary and post-sales technical requirements for new and existing customers on semiconductor test projects.
- Present our technical service offerings to potential and existing customers, detailing the technical capability of our value-added services.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes with customers in the factory, focusing on yield enhancements and process flow changes.
- Manage quality-related test issues with customers and address technical aspects of Customers’ Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Drive customer-initiated Value Engineering (CVE) projects and manage customer crisis for technical-related manufacturing problems.
- Monitor and facilitate test yield and cycle time improvements for top customers as designated by Sales Management.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Direct experience in final test/wafer testing and package development environment.
- Proficiency in the technical characteristics of test platform configuration, handler and prober capability, socket, loadboard and Probecard architecture, docking and interface solutions, data collecting and production procedures.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French, German or Italian is a plus.
- Experience in customer-oriented roles would be preferred.
- Program/Project management experience and related certifications (i.e., PMP).
- Semicon assembly knowledge.
- Work experience in a factory.
- Connections with companies such as STM, Infineon, Renesas, and similar.
